Chest X-Rays

Screening chest xrays for employment, visa etc. cannot be invoiced to Medicare. These need to be privately charged regardless if patient has a current Medicare card. 

Medicare studies are only for medically necessary examinations; screening scans for pre-employment, or visa applications do not fall within this category.
