New NAB Eftpos terminals have been sent out to each branch - These are not to be used until 1/8. Please continue using Tyro terminals up till 31/7.
You will have also received an instruction book and a box of 20 paper rolls.
If there are payments taken on 31/7 and the study does not go ahead e.g., nuchal too early, then a refund will need to be given (when the patient returns funds will be going into a different account). Any refund MUST go into the same account that it was paid. Pull out the original merchant receipt and last 4 digits must match card number.
