MRI NOW Appointments and Reports

Further to instructions given regarding MRI NOW appointments to the phone room and MRI, Dr Lee has advised that until further notice, no new appointments for MRI NOW patients are to be arranged and no reports to be released (unless medically urgent).

All reports are to be put on hold so that they are not released for those patients that have current appointments.

If MRI NOW call to arrange an appointment or request report release – please let them know that as per Senior Management no appointments can be arranged at this stage, nor reports released and that their Accounts Department will need to contact either myself or Jenny directly to discuss.
