Adding New Patients/Referrers to Comrad

Please make sure before you add a new patient or Doctor that they are not already registered in Comrad.  This will help reduce the number of duplicate entries we have on record.  If you do identify a duplicate please make sure you merge (for patients) or use the correct entry for a Dr – or notify a senior staff member if you don’t know what to do.  All duplicate patient merges must have UR numbers notified to admin and Michelle so that these can be merged in PACS as well. Please merge all NEW entries into OLD - e.g. patient has file from 2023 and from 2021; keep the old file (2021) and merge the new file (2023).
