A reminder that it is each department's responsibility to check the MRT list daily for any patients from previous days that are still on the list. Notes are to be added on any action taken on following up patients from previous days. If there are no notes you must investigate as to why this patient is still on the list, and then add any necessary notes!
The same applies for any patients (except Nuchal Translucency) that are placed on PPW.
FOLLOW UP IS TO BE PERFORMED AND NOTES ADDED EVERY DAY.
