Mandatory Check In
All staff will be required to sign in and out via QR code from Monday 12/7/21 when they come to and leave work. QR codes have been distributed to each practice and will need to be used by both patients and staff alike. QR codes will be put next to the TMS kiosk so that staff can continue to clock on/off as well as use the QR code to register when they arrive and leave. If you are rostered to work at a couple of locations then you will need to sign in and out of each location via the QR code.
In addition, please ensure all patients and visitors check in using the QR codes provided at each location. If a patient or visitor does not have a smart phone or the Service NSW app installed, please check them in manually via the link provided on Slack to each site by Michelle. This link must be added to your desktop for easy access. If you are not sure how to do this, please speak with Michelle.
