To All Valued Staff

Thank you for remaining calm over the last number of weeks and working hard. There is still quite a long way to go before this ends, so please maintain this premise. 

We have policies in place for the practice regarding COVID and staff and patient safety, and these are taken seriously. Policies are regularly reviewed and they are in keeping with NSW Government Health directives and statements. Please keep in mind, to date we have had only one staff member case of Covid in over 18 months, which was DIRECTLY related to the practice, so we are confident that our policies are working.   We have also had a visit from the Health Department and they were impressed with the way we operated our practice policy. We have also had further contact again recently and again NSW Health had no issues or concerns.  

Therefore, if any staff member is concerned or has apprehensions or uneasiness regarding our policies and their position, please feel free to contact Rita, Katrina, Matthew or Sonia directly. 

In no way at any time, is any staff member to take it upon themselves to alter this policy by giving others directions WITHOUT the consent and authorisation of the above people. 

Please all, continue to abide by the policies in place (and if you are not aware then please see the above people) so that all functions well.
