You will receive a text message approximately 48 hours after the completion of your test. This will contain your unique patient portal code, and a link to the website.

You will need to allow 48 hours to receive your code. If 48 hours has passed and you have still not received your code, please contact us.

Your report will be sent to your referring doctor within 24 hours of the completion of your examination. It will not be available via the patient portal until 7 days after your examination. You must return to your doctor for your report and further consultation. 

Check that you are entering the code correctly, quite often a zero (0) is mistaken for the letter O, and the number 1 is mistaken for the letter L.

You must also ensure you are entering your date of birth with any necessary zeros, e.g. DOB is January 1st 1990 you must enter 01/01/1990.

No. You will receive a text message approximately 48 hours after each visit to Western Imaging Group, however your unique patient portal code will not change.

Once you have received your unique patient portal code, you will be able to access images for each visit from January 2016 onwards. Each time you visit Western Imaging Group, your latest study will be added.
