It has been repeatedly asked of all radiographers that the tray for the CD burner is closed after a disc is removed, and yet this continues to be left open.
We have had to replace multiple disc burners, external and internal, because they are left open and are then bumped or dropped which destroys the tray.
PLEASE CLOSE THE TRAY COMPLETELY ONCE YOU HAVE REMOVED THE DISC.
