Timesheets

Thank you to everyone for submitting their timesheets in advance.  It has obviously been a roller coaster; there are many adjustments required and it’s been a mammoth task in trying to get everything back in order. We ask that you continue to be patient for a while longer whilst Evelyn and Rita make sure all the adjustments take effect.

Evelyn will also now be on leave so it is really important that if there are any known adjustments for the current fortnight -  3/2 -16/2/22 – you submit a new timesheet ASAP to Rita (either email or place in the admin tray located in the Campbell St Reception cupboard) no later than Tues 15/2.

The same will apply for the fortnight 17/2/22 – 2/3/22 – Rita has the timesheets that were submitted a month ago but if you know of any changes and would like to submit a new form – please do so by Tues 15/2.  Unfortunately she cannot accept anything after this time as she will need to manually input all the times for every staff member and will need the time to be able to do this and submit it in time for Evelyn to make payments.

Once again, any adjustments will be processed once Evelyn is back from leave.
