Clerical Annual Leave

No Leave Available – March and April 2023 – Clerical Staff

There are no leave spots available in March and April 2023.  All available leave spots have been taken and we are unable to accept any additional leave requests.  Even one day will not be able to be approved due to the number of unexpected emergency leave allocations that have to be taken on top of our usual number of leave spots.

Leave already approved during the above period is exempted.

A reminder to everyone as well - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAYS, ACCOMODATION, FLIGHTS ETC ETC UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECKED AND BEEN APPROVED FOR LEAVE.  NOT EVERYONE CAN BE ON LEAVE AT THE SAME TIME AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE THIS PROTOCOL IN PLACE AND TO ALSO AVOID DISAPOINTMENT AND ANGST IF LEAVE CAN’T BE APPROVED.
