Please continue using the Tyro terminals until further notice. THE NAB MACHINES ARE NOT TO BE USED AND ADMIN WILL NOTIFY STAFF ONCE WE CAN COMMENCE USING THESE MACHINES (IT WILL NOT BE UNTIL SETTLEMENT OCCURS WITH PRP).
A reminder that no phone refunds are to be processed on either machine. If a refund is required and the patient has left the practice then they will need to return for a refund in person and the refund can only be processed to the same CARD that payment was made from.
