Workers Compensation

All workers compensation paperwork needs to be completed in full. 

The new w/comp form below includes an address line for the employer. Prior approval is definitely required for MRI, Spinal Injections, MSK injections and EOS scans. We still need to ask if a study is being put through w/comp, and if it is, we still need to get the appropriate information – put the call through to Rani/Therese and they will organise accordingly. If they are not available, you can still arrange the appointment, but make sure that all the details are sent through so that they can chase it all up. The aim is that not only are we getting the patient scanned quickly, but that the ladies are getting the approvals and payments, rather than having to wait for payments due to delays in getting approvals.
