Masks

Masks are still mandated to be worn in healthcare settings, therefore all patients and staff are still required to wear them. All phone appointments, and patients who make appointments in person, are to be reminded of this. Patients must be prepared prior to arriving for their appointments.

We are following Govt Health Mandates. We acknowledge that this is not going to stop people getting upset that they have to wear a mask but ultimately we’re looking after patients who are in vulnerable health and we’re trying to protect them as well as ourselves and our families – so we need to appeal to peoples sense of care, empathy and compassion in this situation!!
