The last appointment at any session is to be lumbar spine – no cervical or thoracic spine injections, or denervation injections to be booked in the last spot of any injection session.
Please use the quick codes for multi item scans such as EPI’s and facet injections. There have been changes made to some items, therefore please select the quick code so that all items for the scan are selected.
If the clerical staff choose the EPI quick code for 1st visit when patient arrives, the technical staff will determine if an EPI or facet has been performed and will select the appropriate codes accordingly.
