Please encourage patients to arrive at least 10 mins prior to their appointment time to enable enough check in time prior to the test.
- All Obstetric patients are to be requested to arrive 10mins prior to their appointment. Should they be running late (more than 10 mins) then we may need to reschedule appointment to another day, or if available then we may be able to fit them in between patients but they will need to be prepared to sit and wait.
- The same applies for biopsies
- Longer times are required for back injs, coronaries, discograms and MRI’s.
Arriving earlier than actual appointment time allows for paperwork to be completed and also helps with reducing additional and flow on delays for other patients.
