Booking outside reserves

If you need to book a patient in for a scan in a reserve, however the scan does not fit the reserve description, please make sure you check with the relevant sonographer to get their approval before booking. 

Booking biopsy patients who have had no imaging at WIG

These patients are not to be booked in until they have physically dropped in hard copies of their imaging from elsewhere for Dr Kariappa to review. Under no circumstances is the patient to be given an appointment until this has been approved.
