Masks

Patients and staff are still required to wear a mask in health settings.  Please make sure that all patients arranging phone bookings are advised regarding this.  We know that there are people around who remain resistive and defiant in regards to wearing masks (not applicable to those that have medical exemptions), but it is important to stay calm and just state the facts calmly – i.e. it is part of the NSW health orders to wear a mask in private health facilities and that we are doing this to protect all our patients – in particular those who are immunosuppressed, as well as our staff who turn up every day to provide them with the Radiology service they require.

If a patient arrives without a mask, then we can calmly say – that’s ok – we have some for sale for a small donation fee of $2.
