Patient Covid Protocol

As we are an essential health service, we are not mandated by the Government to only cater to those who are fully vaccinated. It is instead our company policy that requires either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test. Please refrain from saying "we are following the rules" or "we are following the Government mandate", or "as per health regulations" if a patient questions the policy. Simply state it is our company policy as we are doing everything to protect not only our staff, but also our patients.
