We have been notified by NSW Health that a person who attended Campbell Street on Monday 8/11/21 has been confirmed to have Covid and visited the practice whilst potentially infectious.
Everyone that worked at Campbell Street on Monday, and checked in using their QR code would have also received a notification in their services NSW app (and just a reminder that should actually be EVERYONE that worked or even visited Campbell Street on Monday because everyone should be checking in when they arrive in the morning) – notification is visible in the history filter of the app.
There is nothing further that needs to be done apart from monitoring for symptoms and all staff are asked to continue following the guidelines and safety plan in place with QR registration and Covid safety questions as well as regularly disinfecting their workstations, phones, keyboards and high touch areas as well as disinfecting pens etc.
It is imperative that staff answering calls are also screening all patients so that patients are aware that they should NOT come to the practice if they have any symptoms and are fully aware of our conditions of entry including covid vaccination status, Covid testing or rapid antigen testing.
