QR Code Reminder

Please check people are using the QR code to check in, please ask to see their phone.  People need to register with QR code even if they’re coming in to drop something off, collect images etc.  If a patient needs to be taken from one practice to another, they also need to register at each of the sites.  This will allow us to track where someone has been and those effected if necessary.
