If a patient has been asked to return for extra views, or to finish off their exam, and they do not return, please ensure all efforts are made to contact the patient. A visit is not to be deleted if a patient does not return; scan in any necessary worksheets and paperwork, enter notes on Comrad so that everyone is aware of what has happened, and mark the patient off the MRT for reporting. Do not delete the visit.
