Please ensure that when you are registering a patient on Comrad you are selecting the correct referring doctor. Always search by provider number; a provider number is specific to a particular address, a referrer cannot use the same provider number for multiple sites.
When registering a patient, please ensure all details are correct:
- Patient name (and spelling)
- Patient address (and spelling)
- Patient Date of Birth
- Patient phone number
- Medicare number (remember to OPV)
- Referring doctor (search by provider number - do you have the correct site?)
- Exam description (modality, side, region)
