Notice from Matthew

TO ALL THE VALUED STAFF

This is a very worrying time for all and your concerns are justified and recognised.

As was said in the very beginning of last year, our aim is to try and keep the practice running smoothly and hence all staff in their employment through this very trying time, despite the ongoing difficulties and strains to which the practice is being subjected.   At the same we are all ensuring that the necessary safety precautions are in place.

Please remember there is a great deal of work going on constantly behind the scenes to ensure that we come through this onslaught.  At this point in time, we have no government assistance or support, which got us through last year.  Therefore it is a critical situation but in control and being carefully monitored.

Please know that it does not go unnoticed the efforts and teamwork that staff perform.

Please keep in mind we all survived last time as a team working together, keeping calm, adhering to the facts and protocols.  We came out of the problem with strength and intact and this will happen again as long as all maintain calm and work appropriately.
