Monitoring Toilets

Could all staff members please monitor the patient toilets. If there is paper towel on the floor or the sink needs a quick wipe, please put on some gloves and tidy up. For bigger messes please ensure Derek is made aware and cleaning is done ASAP. (We have had a one star Google review based on the cleanliness of the toilets - thankfully the patient agreed to take the review down, however we may not be so lucky in the future.) Signs will also be placed in each toilet asking patients to nofify staff if the cleanliness is not up to standard.
